LEG LIFT TAP
In order to control this movement adequately, focus on the glutes.
SQUAT AND LIFT

Put your arms on a chair and kick back with one leg while the other one is on the ground. Don’t worry if you cannot lift the leg too high; lift it as much as you can. Try to lift it higher as you progress.
